snafu

It looks like our plans have run into a slight glitch. I don't want to get into details, except to say that it has nothing to do with Clarissa and is entirely the agency's fault. I'm hopeful that we'll be able to resolve it, but at the moment it's just adding to my already high level of (work-related) stress. This is not fun at all and is probably just a foretaste of the kind of anxiety I'll feel if the IVF actually works. But one step at a time.

ack... Hopefully if it's an agency problem they can fix it- doesn't help you with the stress levels though.

Hoping that it all works out without drowning you in stress.

Hoping it can all be figured out, Niobe. Stress is awful, isn't it? I recently quit my high stress job and it took weeks until I relaxed (yes, I'm a little wound!) I hope it gets less stressful, soon. It just makes it all the harder.

What everyone else said.

Don't you just wish something could be simple for once?

(Oh, yeah, like IVF with a surrogate...but you know what I mean.)

Not sure exactly what the "glitch" is but I hope you can resolve it with the agency. Keep us posted!

Why does there always have to be "something"!! Even for the people I most want everything to go smoothly and without a hitch!

Thinking of you!

At least the problem isn't with Clarissa. That's a good thing.

It's a good thing the problem is with the agency and not with Clarissa. I hope it gets resolved very soon and the IVF is successful.

I hope they can fix it and reduce your stress level.

Well that's unfortunate. I really hope you'll be able to resolve it, and quickly.

Dammit. I hope this knot untangles itself soon.

P.S. Have you noticed how the military acronym S.N.A.F.U. has been misappropriated by the media as of late?

Delphi I thought it was a tiny bit more subtle than, say, FUBAR.
