That may be -- but its powers weren't sufficient to keep it open for business!

How funny - I just sent someone an invoice for a training I did for them, and the total came to $666.56 - I took off a $5 "christian discount." I guess I'm more superstitious than I thought I was!

I wonder if the 668 would stand out so much if the 8 didn't look so similar to a 6? Like, would 661 catch your eye in the same way?

I think I'd cross the street to the 777 Heavenly Ham store.

Christina: Noooo...think further north.

That is too funny! I love the things that you can happen upon when you're on vacation!

Oh it's tragic to see a vegetarian restaurant for closed and for sale....

To think that they actually get away with the "friendly neighbor to the north" schtick, when all along they have been harboring Satan's neighbor's restaurant.

Perhaps Stephen Colbert is right?

Is it me or does it look like "Vegetarian" was a last minute thought for this restaurant?

Amusing. I have to say that you happen upon the most unusual things. Further North, eh? Queens would've been my guess too.

thirtysomething: eh is exactly right.

missed conceptions: Perhaps????

I have a celebrity crush on Stephen Colbert (the comedian, not his character). The man is a genius. I should have never said "perhaps."

Doh! If only I'd looked closer at the phone number in the sign the first time around, I'd have discovered your proximity!
