flourless chocolate cake

Ingredients
4 squares (1 oz each) semisweet chocolate
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
berries for topping

Heat oven to 300° F (150° C). Grease 8" round pan and dust with small amount of cocoa powder. Melt chocolate and butter on stovetop over low heat. When completely melted, remove from heat. Add beaten eggs, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla. Bake for 30 minutes. When cool, flip onto plate. Dust top with confectionary sugar. Garnish with berries. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or crème fraîche.

There's still half a cake left. Stop by and help us finish it off.

is there any still left? Am I too late? What's your professional opinion of serving with ice cream?

Looks yummy!!

I'll have to give this recipe to my mother-in-law...my brother-in-law has a wheat allergy, but it looks like he could eat this!

Which box: Ice cream is probably not my first choice, since the cake is pretty sweet already. But If you're craving a sugar rush, it's faster and easier than mainlining.

The dragonfly: I originally started baking this because one of my friends has a gluten allergy. I've kept making it because it's sooo easy and tasty.
