semper ubi sub ubi
It made me incongruously happy to find a site that posts a daily Latin proverb, with an extensive explanation in English. It also has a number of children's books translated into Latin, including, but not limited to, Virent ova! Virent perna! (Green Eggs and Ham), Tela Charlottae (Charlotte's Web) and Harrius Potter et Camera Secretorum (no translation needed).

I'm stuck on that last one. Could you translate?
Just kidding.
You and my high school English teacher would really bond over this love of Latin. He drove us crazy by giving homework assignments in Latin, or asking one question on a test in Latin (and yes, the question counted into your grade!) Although, I will say we started to get pretty good at deciphering just enough to get by.
Definitely a good site for you, just perfect. To be honest, I've always wanted to own a copy of Green Eggs and Ham in Latin.
So you speak Latin, but not Greek?? We have both Ferdinand the Bull and Winnie the Pooh in Latin.
This is an extremely old post, but considering how I am now planning for my upcoming History of the English Language/Latin unit, this website has now provided me with a HUGE resource for my students and some ideas for potential projects. Thanks!
