a public service announcement

Regular readers of this blog know that chocolate is not my drug of choice. But if you're a US-based chocolate consumer, be sure to head over to candy blog for infomation on what you can do to help thwart the FDA's nefarious attempt to dilute chocolate quality.

Isn't chocolate everyone's favourite drug of choice? Well, that and estrogen....

Blech no, Aurelia. But still I'm offended for the chocolate lover, and on the basic principle of good food.

I could be the poster girl for chocolate-lovers.

I started to write about it here, but think it should be saved for a post on my blog...I could easily go on and on.

I've known others who share my passion, and also know people who either dislike it or have a take-it-or-leave-it attitude about chocolate. I really do believe the research that points to a chemical reaction in the brain that some people experience and others don't.

Thank you Niobe for bringing this to my attention.

Since I am so passionate about chocolate I have come to a point where I rarely even eat milk chocolate, much less commercially made and/or American made chocolate. But this is about standards!
