and you?

Well, the good news is that I'm reasonably sure it's not swine flu H1N1. The bad news is the usual: achy muscles, throbby head, scratchy throat. If anyone wants me, I'll be in a more or less prone position on the bed in the guest room, raising my head from the pillow only to take occasional sips of hot and unexpectedly tasty apple cinnamon theraflu.

And how are you?

Oh me? Coughing up a storm, weak, tired, all bones in face hurt. So I'm curled up in my bed with The Quincunx and some hot lemonade.

I am thoroughly enjoying that book, by the way. Thanks for the lead.

Hating the rain, but knowing it's fending off the allergies. Which will have me feeling just like you in 3. . .2 . . 1. . .

Feel better, soon.

I hope you feel much better soon. I have been on the roof replacing missing shingles on my dad's roof. If you have ever pieced a quilt, it is much the same and pretty easy. The one thing I did not count on was my redheaded complexion, so now I am a lovely shade of red all over, except for my tar covered hands. But the roof look lovely!

I was sick Friday- got up at 4 am vomiting and diarrhea- fun stuff.

It only lasted 24 hours so I'm better now. Hope you feel better soon.

Feel better! I woke up today with huge, puffy bags under my eyes. I'm exhausted, but I think it is allergies as well. Two benadryl later, and I can barely keep my head up. Other than that, I'm stressed, anxious and panicking.

if you would have posted this last week, I would have said, "I feel like warm death."

Today, however, I am 100%. I got a shot, and an adjustment from the chiropractor, and I feel amazing.

I hope you feel better sooner rather than later.

Oh, you know, the ushe...just wondering when summer vacation is going to start, then remembering that since I haven't been in school for almost a decade I no longer get a summer vacation. The only thing saving this scenario is that I know one day, ONE DAY, it will be warm enough to bask in the sunshine on the roofdeck.

I hope.

I had the same thing the second week in April. I cant remember the last time I was that sick. Nobody else in my house got it, so we were fortunate. Hope you feel better soon.

me - a bizarre bout with chicken pox 28 weeks into a very fraught subsequent pregnancy. blisters and spots alarmingly concentrated all over my belly. a weeklong hospital stay to stave off pneumonia, fever, complications. i may have been born under a bad star. but at least it wasn't swine flu. not yet...

oh, how i envy your tasty druggy theraflu. i hope you're feeling better.
