night's candles
While I was taking pictures of the menorah and trying, with limited success, to edit out the eerie and unearthly colors produced by the not-very-good lighting, I couldn't help thinking of last year's hanukkah post and link.

Which shows, once again, how little it takes to amuse me.

I even saw the story about the subject matter of last year's post on TV (after the post, hence I knew where they were going from the first couple of words), and yet I completely forgot about it until you just linked back. But thanks for the laugh-- it clearly doesn't take much to amuse me either.
